These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of realisticaisolutions.com (the "Site"), operated by Realistic AI Solutions, LLC ("Realistic AI Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

02 What this Site is

This Site is an informational presence for our company and the products we build and operate. It describes who we are, our flagship product Realistic AI Club, and work in progress. The Site itself does not sell products or take payments.

Our products have their own terms. Realistic AI Club and any future product are provided under their own separate terms, pricing, and policies, presented on those products' own websites (for example, realisticaiclub.com). Purchasing or using a product is governed by that product's terms, not these.

03 No professional advice; forward-looking statements

Content on this Site is provided for general information only and is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. References to products "in development" or "in research" describe our current intentions; they are not commitments, and plans, features, timing, and availability can change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

04 No guarantees of outcomes

We describe our products honestly and avoid hype, but we do not promise any specific result, income, or business outcome from any product we build. Any examples are illustrative; results are not typical and are not guaranteed.

05 Acceptable use

The Site and its content — including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, and the "Realistic AI Solutions" and "Realistic AI Club" names and marks — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

07 Third-party links & platforms

The Site links to third-party websites and services (for example, realisticaiclub.com and, where applicable, Meta's platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Your use of Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) — including any ads that bring you here — is also subject to Meta's own terms and policies.

08 Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

09 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realistic AI Solutions, LLC and its members, managers, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Realistic AI Solutions, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11 Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved informally, and you consent to venue there. We both agree to first try to resolve any dispute by contacting [email protected].

12 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
