Realistic AI Solutions, LLC — Legal

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 4, 2026 · Effective: July 4, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Realistic AI Solutions, LLC ("Realistic AI Solutions," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you visit realisticaisolutions.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

01 Who we are

Realistic AI Solutions, LLC is a venture studio located at 330 S Second Ave, Suite 200, Minneapolis, MN 55401, USA. We are the business responsible for (the "controller" of) the personal information collected through this Site. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

02 Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Site and understand how it's used:

  • Information you give us. If you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
  • Automatically collected technical data. When you visit, our Site and our service providers may collect your IP address, general location (city/region derived from IP), browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visit.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar identifiers. With your consent, this includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which may set or read cookies such as _fbp and _fbc (and, on Meta's own domains, fr) and generate event and identifier data.
  • Advertising and measurement events. With your consent, the Meta Pixel records events such as page views and, where applicable, clicks or conversions. If you submit information through a Meta feature, contact details such as email may be shared with Meta in hashed (scrambled) form via "advanced matching."

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16, and the Site is intended for a general business audience.

03 How we use information

  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site and respond to your emails.
  • To understand aggregate traffic and how visitors find and use the Site (analytics).
  • With your consent, to measure and attribute our advertising, track conversions, and show relevant ads — including retargeting visitors and building Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences on Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
  • To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

04 Cookies & the Meta Pixel

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use a limited set: strictly necessary cookies for the Site to function, and — only if you accept in our cookie notice — analytics and advertising cookies, including the Meta Pixel. If you decline, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal, we do not load the Meta Pixel or advertising cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of any page, which reopens the cookie notice.

Meta Pixel & Meta Platforms, Inc. When enabled, the Meta Pixel shares data with Meta Platforms, Inc. (1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025). For that data, Meta acts as an independent controller and/or our joint partner, and processes it under its own policies. Learn how Meta uses this information and manage your ad preferences at Meta's Privacy Policy and Meta Ad Preferences.

05 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who host the Site, provide analytics, or deliver email — acting on our instructions.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc., when you have consented to advertising cookies, as described above.
  • Legal and safety recipients, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Some U.S. state laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly to include the use of advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where that applies, you can opt out as described in Section 7 — including by declining our cookie notice or sending a GPC signal.

06 Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information based on: your consent (for advertising and non-essential cookies, which you may withdraw at any time); our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and understanding aggregate usage; and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into any dealings with you.

07 Your privacy rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct or delete it;
  • Opt out of targeted/behavioral advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of your data;
  • For California residents, exercise the right to "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" — we honor opt-out preference (GPC) signals sent by your browser; and
  • For EEA/UK residents, withdraw consent, object to processing, request portability, or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected] and tell us what you'd like to do. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can also opt out of ad cookies at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the footer of any page (which reopens the cookie notice), or via Meta Ad Preferences.

08 Data retention

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for reasonable record-keeping, and we keep analytics and advertising data for the limited periods set by our providers (for example, Meta's standard cookie and event windows). We delete or de-identify data when it is no longer needed.

09 International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers (including Meta) may process information in the U.S. and other countries. Where we transfer information from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

10 Security

This Site is served over HTTPS/TLS encryption, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let you know.
